• Common facilities and services: Not rated Common areas very untidy , bad quality . Not looked aftern
• Staff: Not rated No cleaners , saw a cleaner on our last day. Reception very hard to find. Reception staff only helped with my persistence
• Quietness: 2.5 Noise from block of flats in front of apartments
• Room: 2.5 No view apart from garden, size good but as the rooms are so run down you don’t notice the good sized rooms
