• Positive: Location was perfect. Very close to Estacio Nord where the Airport bus from Girona stops (Ryanair flights). Convenient at arrival and when leaving; no need to carry the luggage in the metro or other local bus, but still not too far from the city centre.
• Negative: Most was perfect. Only complaint is that the wireless internet promised on the homepage did not work. Should have left laptop at home...

• Positive: Very clean appartment. We booked a double and got a two bed room appartment for two of us which was brilliant. Location is a stone%27s throw away from main bus station, excellent if you%27re arriving by bus from Girona airport and departing very early (7am) as we were. Also very near metro station which can take you anywere. Safe in the appartment was also very handy and security wise felt very safe, with 24 hour person on reception and shutters which could be locked. Towel replacement was also excellent and appartment was cleaned every day for us provided you had vacated each day by 10am or so.
• Negative: No kettle - thought this would have been a very basic kitchen item but none was provided. No reply to e-mails, e-mailed them twice prior to arrival but never received a single reply. Only hotel I ever dealt with that doesn%27t reply to e-mails.

• Positive: The roominess of having a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, as opposed to a small hotel room. We didn%27t need the amenities of a larger and more expensive hotel. The cost for what we received was, in our opinion, well worth it. We would definitely stay there again.
• Negative: The apartments were stark in appearance. A few pictures on the walls would make the rooms look warmer.

• Cleanliness: 10 The apartment was very clean and comfortable, although somewhat spartan in its furnishings and decor.
• Location: 7.5 We wanted a quiet, more residential setting away from the noisier toutist attractions.The metro was two blocks away, and there were banks,supermarkets, a bakery and a produce store on the same street.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 We didn%27t need anything other than what was offered. We actually stayed two additional days.We asked housekeeping for, and received cloths and a sponge in order to be able to wash some dishes.
• Staff: 7.5 We found the staff courteous and helpful. When they got to know us, we enjoyed their sense of humor.
• Quietness: 10 Because the area was mostly residential, with shops that closed early, we has very restful nights sleep.
• Room: 10 The hall, living and dining rooms were large, the two bedrooms were small, but adequate. The modern kitchen was adequate for our needs, and the bathroom was tiled and met all our needs.
• Value for money: 10 The hotel had a sale on rates for our time period, so we extended our stay for 2 additional nights at a lesser rate.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 On the whole it was clean except for the kitchen. The utensils, cutlery and its container were not clean enough - there was still splattered oil by the cooker knobs and in the cutlery container. Besides the sofa either needs to be changed or recovered - its cleanliness left much to be desired.
• Location: 10 The location is fine and within walking distance of major attractions

• Staff: 5 On the whole the people I dealt with were quite courteous except for the individual who checked me in - and first impressions last!
• Quietness: 7.5 The air-conditioning unit was too noisy. Otherwise it was fine.
• Room: 5 The room sizes are adequate, but the photos on the web-page do not reflect all types of rooms. You think that they are more spacious and better equipped. A radio-clock would have been appreciated and in the kitchen some liquid soap, dish cloths, a kettle and other utensils would have also been appreciated.
• Value for money: 5
