• Positive: La situación del apartamento y el precio, por 60€ tienes habitación de matrimonio con cocina y baño.
• Negative: Que hay dos recepcionistas muy bordes y que habiendo hecho una reserva de más de un mes nos dejaron con la peor habitación de todo el hotel. (Sin cortina en la ventana, planta baja donde se colaba en la habitación el olor a cocina de un bar cercano y mucho ruido procedente de otras habitaciones).

• Positive: La habitación estaba limpia, y muy bien puesta. Los cruansanes del desayuno muy ricos.
• Negative: el agua caliente del baño (hab 6) estaba marcada en los grifos con una marca azul y el agua fria estaba marcada con rojo. Nos confundió. El mando de la tele o no funcionaba o las pilas estaban agotadas.

• Location: 10 In one of the best areas of Madrid and so close to the centre. You can walk everywhere.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Only continental breakfas which was freshly baked daily and sufficient for us
• Staff: 5 Courteous but they could have smiled a bit more
• Quietness: 5 Very quiet inside but with traffic noise at night due to lack of double glazing
• Room: 5 Good size. We particularly liked the different zones and the rotating TV.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for money. We will definetely use it in the future for our often trips to Madrid as long as the service/price/room remain the same
