• Negative: Que no nos devolvieran el dinero por haber alquilado una bicicleta con 3 averías, una de ellas no permitía subir cuestas, por lo que, a la vuelta de una ruta de 20 km la sorpresa no fue nada agradable, pero menos agradable fue comentar a la llegada la incidencia y que tan sólo nos dijeran: Gracias! Tomaremos nota :)

• Positive: Das Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und Service orientiert. Von der Reinigung, Rezeption bis hin zu den Veranstalterinnen der Rooftop-Events.
• Negative: die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, ich hatte Ameisen und das Rooftop konnte tagsüber nicht genutzt werden. Sehr schade, dass war einer der Hauptgründe weshalb ich Bristol gebucht hatte.
