• Négatif: We were basically stashed in a basement glory hole where the doors would only lock on the 3rd try at best. There were roaches in the bathroom. The kitchen sink was clogged.

• Négatif: Warning! They cheat and cheat on Apartments Caribe, Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife! € 123.75 paid for an apartment with sea view and free Wi-Fi! We got an apartment (304) overlooking the neighbor's hotel wall and no Wi-Fi in the apartment! An owerminded Ricardo Peraza, Assistant Area Manager, who would not understand that it's cheating, not giving the product that's paid for! Unpleasant / Rough female receptionist! Tobacco smell that was so penetrating also the mattresses that it could not be removed, no hot water, furniture was defective, handle for patio door hung loosely in a screw, toilet paper holder hung out of the wall, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, no phone there worked and broke plastic chairs on the terrace etc
