• Negative: No funcionaba el WIFI, el baño olía fatal, el agua caliente a veces se cortaba y salía fría, limpieza regular y un cubre colchón roto de un quemazo. No recomendable.

• Cleanliness: 10 Everywhere very clean and fresh.
• Location: 7.5 not in centre of city, but away from the bustle which is why we chose it. Very good bus routes.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 entrance lobby to appartments clean and tidy, though a little noisy at busy times
• Staff: 10 very friendly owners who came to find us when we were lost finding it (our map reading)
• Quietness: 7.5 There is some noise from the road.
• Room: 10 "small but perfectly formed"
• Value for money: 7.5 by Barcelona prices, very reasonable
