• Positive: My apartment was spotless. Cleaning was regular. Wonderful staff - they could not do enough to help you with anything. I was looked after a lot by Elena on reception - any employer who gets her is lucky - she is polite, efficient, professional - a total credit to her family. I am definitely returning.
