• Cleanliness: 5 La limpieza del hotel es adecuada, pero el avejentamiento de las instalaciones hace que parezca menos.
• Location: 10 A unos pasos de la Biblioteca Nacional y del Paseo de Recoletos, la situación es perfecta. Se llega andando en poco más de quince minutos a cualquiera de los lugares emblemáticos del centro de Madrid. Hay estaciones de metro y ferrocarril muy cerca. El barrio de Salamanca es muy tranquilo. Está muy bien para investigadores y familias que quieran hacer turismo sin tener que desembolsar una gran cantidad de dinero.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Las instalaciones necesitan una modernización. No es aceptable que haya que pagar 6€ diarios por una conexión wifi.

• Room: 5 El estudio alquilado estaba bien de tamaño. Los cuartos de baño no están bien mantenidos. La cocina tiene un equipamiento demasiado básico y los armarios un poco desvencijados. La habitación era interior pero bien iluminada.

• Negative: Las puertas no se cerraban correctamente. El timbre que habia en todas las habitaciones fue una tortura constante, porque se alojaban "graciosos" que los quiten porfavor, se puede picar a la puerta y ya esta.
