• Cleanliness: 7.5 apartment kept clean with a daily maid service
• Location: 7.5 near a shop and papagayo beaches
• Common facilities and services: 5 pool cold and could have done with being cleaned

• Room: 10 good size bedroom, although en-suite a little dated.

• Negative: The outside pool area during my stay did not appear to be maintained e.g. same cigarette butts in ashtrays for the week, bins not emptied and tables not dusted for a long time.
