• Positive: Las vistas del hotel, la amplitud de la habitación y que, a pesar de ser tan grande, no estaba nada masificado.
• Negative: La calidad de las bebidas del TI, pésimas, de grifo, diluidas en agua, marcas malas... y la habitación de cortesía: entiendo que es un servicio a mayores y que facilita mucho la salida de los clientes del hotel fuera del horario del chek out pero la habitación estaba sucia, con desagües atascados, llena de toallas de anteriores huéspedes... creo que para ofrecer ese servicio así, es mejor no ofrecerlo porque te vas del hotel con malas sensaciones

• Positive: - hot tub in the room, - large TV with some English channels, - bottled water in the room (every day), - free parking lot, - swimming pools with sun beds, - tasty food, - very friendly staff who tries to solve your problems quickly, - saunas, - gym with towels, cold water and apples.
• Negative: - average performing AC in the room, - the card for opening the room stopped working 3 times (12 days stay), - no treadmills in the gym (even though they are on the website's photos), - breakfast ends too early (10:30), - men are discriminated with obligatory dress code for dinners (why would you ever wear long trousers with min. 20C outside?), - 2 x 3 elevators but you still have to wait a long time for them to arrive, - broken room equipment (hot tub controller, toilet flush, phone socket cover)
