• Négatif: This is my 15th or more time staying at the Gloria Palace and we were so disappointed with our stay and will be thinking twice about returning or recommending it to anyone. My comments are below: - Lifts - were not reliable at all, either broke down or slow at coming to our level. While we were there 3 different people got stuck in the glass lift and not once did someone check afterwards, were they ok, not very good customer service - Nightly Entertainment - this was ok, and I understand with covid measures that it has changed but there are other nationalities than Spanish staying at the hotel and all they sang were Spanish songs - Drink Service at Night - This was an absolute disgrace. There was no bar staff around to get a drink and the queues to get a drink were unbelievable. At the weekend, they were a bit better but not much - Room Service - I think in the 2 weeks we were there the bed was changed once and the sheets were stained, this is not acceptable for any star rating hotel - Pool / Outdoors - I think you need to have words with the cleaners as the grounds around the pool was filthy. The only time someone cleaning was a man with a spray bottle would spay the sunbeds that were empty and walk away! The ground and surrounding areas were filthy too. We can all use and have heard the excuse of covid being an issue and causing these problems, but that is not an excuse that can be used here. Basic cleanliness is nothing to do with covid, or any of the points above. The hotel cost a lot of money for us to stay there and we always went back as we loved it, but this time, we were so disappointed. I could go into more of what was wrong, but I know the response that we are going to receive, that can't find staff , or covid but if that is the case then maybe reduce the price or give a discount especially to those who have supported your hotel over a number of years. We have all fallen on hard times the past 18 months, so a much needed holiday to relax is what we live for, as we are not getting any younger!

• Propreté: 7,5 En la habitación cuando llegamos habian unos pelitos en la ducha y en uno de los lavamanos
• Situation: 10 vistas increibles y bien conectado por carretera

• Tranquillité: 5 Entiendo que al ser verano es más complicado encontrar la tranquilidad, pero había muchas familias muy ruidosas que no dejaban desconectar y relajarse en la piscina
• Chambre: 10 las vistas lo mejor de la habitación. Tuvimos suerte porque nos tocó una habitación del bloque 4 que es debajo de la piscina, considero que las habitaciones que están encima de la piscina deberían de tener un precio más económico.

• Chambre: 7,5 Tuvimos problemas a la una de la madrugada con el agua del inodoro, pero se solventó porque tan pronto pudieron vinieron a arreglarlo.

• Situation: 10 Inmejorable. Vistas al océano. Playas cercanas.
• Installations et services: 10 Instalaciones renovadas. Espacios amplios.
• Personnel: 10 Personal muy servicial y agradable. La pega es que en esta situación de COVID el personal ha sido escaso para dar servicio a los clientes.
• Tranquillité: 10 Ubicación inmejorable orientado hacia el océano sin ningún ruido ambiental. Tampoco hay bullicio en el interior ni en salas comunes.
• Chambre: 10 Recientemente renovadas. Amplias. Baño con ducha de fácil acceso. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar. Perfectamente aisladas, no se escucha ningún ruido de las habitaciones colindantes.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 No es barato, pero la sensación es buena.
