we were not given the room we reserved a month in advance; the room we received was dirty with broken tiles, smudges and foot prints on the walls, a broken safe, a broken refrigerator, and a shower with broken handheld faucet that took a minimum of 5 minutes to heat up.

they turned the rooms around every day, location is perfect, great breakfast place downstairs and nice staff (but no english!)

I booked a Kingsize double room and when I have arrived I found the room and the bed tiny, the fan is extremely noisy and there were other noises too. icredibly hot too.

En general todo. EN especial las instalaciones y la habitacion,ademas habia una tuberia que estaba por fuera de la pared y hacia muchisimo ruido al caer agua. La ducha estaba rota porque no tenia soporte para el grifo y muy incomodo el acceso al plato de ducho.
LAs ventanas no cerraban bien porque eran muy antiguas, y entraba aire y luz.
Muchio ruido incluso de cocina y aspiradora a la 1 de la madrugada!!!!!!
