• Positive: The location was perfect. Very close to the metro, the plaza mayor and many, many restaurants and bars.
• Negative: The rooms were very basic. I would have liked if there was a small bedside lamp in the room to take away the glare of the overhead lights.

• Common facilities and services: 5 There was a breakfast room that could be used to meet and read in, a quite comfortable lobby and a pc available for a small charge.
• Staff: 10 The people at the reception desk were friendly and didn't make you uncomfortable at all for being a foreigner.
• Quietness: 7.5 The hotel walls were thin so noise could carry but it wasn't a problem.
