• Positive: The location is perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe the staff member who checked us in and out of the hotel is named Mario. He was GREAT! Despite the simplicity of the hotel, it is always clean.
• Negative: I didn't realize that, when I booked the reservation, that I was doing so via a 3rd party - I thought I was booking via the hotel. That was unclear on the hotel website. When we arrived, I wanted to not take the breakfast option I had selected with the initial reservation, but could not do so upon arrival due to the 3rd party booking site.

• Cleanliness: 10 agréable parfum à notre arrivée dans la chambre ! propreté impeccable de toute la chambre !
• Location: 10 Proche du Prado et du Thyssen qui étaient nos principales cibles touristiques. Sur recommandation du personnel nous sommes allés voir un très bon spectacle de Flamenco au Casa Patas non loin de l'hotel, nous sommes revenus enchantés du spectacle.

• Quietness: 10 Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure et donc nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit de la rue
• Room: 7.5 Climatiseur très silencieux et efficace ce qui n'est pas négligeable par ces temps chauds
• Value for money: 7.5 Rapport qualité-prix bon malgré la décoration des chambres style années 70
