• Positive: Su ubicación y el desayuno.
• Negative: Habitación muy pequeña, a pesar de que en observaciones indiqué que me dieran una habitación más grande, al estar alojada 4 días. El viernes por la noche el ruido del patio fue insufrible (música en alto, voces de otros alojados,....).

• Room: 2.5 Excesivamente pequeña. Se nota la reforma hecha, pero necesita actualizarse. Mala insonorización entre habitaciones (se oía toda la conversación de la habitación del al lado).
• Value for money: 2.5 Me pareció caro, en especial la noche del viernes.

• Negative: estuve alojado en una habitación (1ª planta) en la cual para las 6:00 am ya había ruido debido al parecer a que los trabajores del hotel disponen en dicha planta del material para su trabajo (ruido de carros...)

• Negative: Die Beddecke war für mich irgendwie etwas komisch (war das ein richtiger Überzug?). Frühstück war gut, aber die Gebäcksauswahl war nicht ganz so meines (die Schoko-dingsda waren gut, die Semeln mir zu knusprig, hab lieber flaumige semeln) Auf der Webseite steht "Cheeses" (https://www.hostalpersal.com/en/hostel-madrid/) es gab aber nur eine Käsesorte

• Positive: Friendly service. Well equipped room with free safe. Varied breakfast for al hostal. Hostal is in the centre of the city.
• Negative: The room was very dates compared with the common areas in the rest of the hotel
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Families, Couples, Modern style lovers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Classic style lovers, Handicapped, Budget travelers
• Cleanliness: 10 Spotless room. Every day cleaning and if you need towel change.
• Location: 10 Perfect. 5 minutes walking to puerto del sol where the renfe and metro are going. Max. 10 minutes to the Gran Via with all the shops. In front of the hostal a nice square with some nice restaurants. There is also a carrefour express supermarket for forgottten amenities or just something to drink/eat in the room.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 24 hours reception. There is the full breakfast which is varied for a hostal but a little bit expensive for 8,50€ per person per night. Next door restaurant which we did not try but will do for sure next time.
• Staff: 7.5 Nice staff. Always willing to help you and some even remember your room number when you pixk up the room key. Just found one lady at the break fast a little rude.
• Quietness: 7.5 Did not had any noise coming from outside. Only some noise from neighbours or people walking down the corridor.
• Room: 2.5 Room dated. Amenities excellent, free safe.
• Value for money: 5 100 euro per night is in my opinion a litle bit overrated as the room is very dated.
