• Common facilities and services: 5 We had booked two rooms for four people and were given one tiny room with no toilet or bathroom and a room for three with bathroom and toilet
• Staff: 5 The man was not helpful. The woman was friendly and lent me her umbrella but tutted a lot when the key didn't work easily and she had to come upstairs to sort it out!
• Quietness: Not rated Obviously so near to the Ramblas we expected noise and we got it!!! It didn't bother me as much as my friends but they bought earplugs

• Negative: todo era muy lúgubre, la habitación tenía un lavabo con las tuberías por fuera,.. No se estaba nada a gusto. Aunque el precio sea moderado, debería estar más cuidado. En nuestra opinión, no reune las condiciones mínimas.

• Negative: Too small room, dirty walls, no table and chairs in the room, terrible shower with a very slippery floor (important not to have it when you leave shower), jungle of wires and cable on every walls: at reception room, at every rooms. On Picasso's website was written that every room has "kettle with coffee and tea". Sorry, I didn't notice that. On web site was written they have internet room. Wasn't there... Establishment never answer any of my email I sent them asking about rooms. Most of people working there don't speak English.
