• Staff: 10 Es de las cosas que se merece resaltar el trato de todo el personal es excelente hace mucho tiempo que no me sentía tan agusto en un hotel gracias a sus empleados.
• Quietness: 10 Aunque estavan haciendo la fachada del bloque de al lado pude descansar perfectamente.
• Room: 10 Las habitaciones son perfectas
• Value for money: 10 Después de estar hay alojado puedo decir que me pareció barata la estancia.

• Positive: La situación, ya que estás a pocos minutos de las distintas zonas de interés. La habitación, bonita decoración, limpia...
• Negative: Ducha muy pequeña. Estuvimos alojados en la habitación 101. Esta habitación tiene al lado un WC i delante el cuartito de la limpieza, es por eso que temprano (por la mañana), ya te despiertan ruidos.

• Positive: Everything! Our stay was simply perfect, we loved our room, not very large, but with everything you need and it was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, 5 min walk from every attraction of Madrid, nearby a lot of restaurant and tipical spanish taberna. Immediatly after the hotel there is also a delicious pastry shop where we had marvellous breakfast in the morning. We definitively stay again in this hotel if we'll visit again Madrid.
