Valle Rita Estate is a certified organic farm in the hills of Ginosa offering elegant countryside accommodation immersed in 103 hectares of agricultural land not far from the Apulian coast. The estate offers simple but comfortable apartments with antique furniture and a range of facilities. In the hotel’s peaceful gardens you can relax in the swimming pool or perhaps work up a sweat on the tennis courts. A children’s playground is available, and near the hotel you will find horse riding stables and a golf club. You can also discover the area on mountain bike. Should you wish to go to the beach, Policoro and Metaponto are nearby and many interesting towns are also just a short distance away from the hotel, including ancient Matera, a World Heritage Site, and Taranto. Rooms which once belonged to farm workers have been transformed in to a restaurant where the best of regional cuisine is served. Ingredients are all fresh and many are produced on-site. Villa Rita’s organic fruit, vegetables, olives, grapes, oil and wine can all be tasted and purchased at the farmhouse.
