• Quietness: 5 Lots of banging of doors early hours and also rooms not sound as people flash toilets and this is right next to the bedrooms
• Room: 5 okay for a short holiday. No guidance for telephone use nor how to use TV
• Value for money: 5 okay for the centre of Madrid

• Positive: The position of the hotel. Very easy to get about the city and get to the metro to the airport. I appreciated the trouble all staff went to to be helpful.

• Cleanliness: 10 bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.Room always kept clean
• Location: 10 perfect location for restaurants,near metro on an easy line to go to the Centro, walkng distance of shops.

• Staff: 10 My bag was lost by the airline before I arrived. Staff were most helpful and very pleasant. All staff were courteous.
• Quietness: 5 room next door very noisy, TV left on all night. Not the fault of the hotel!Quite noisy outside in the morning but part of being in a residential area.
• Room: 10 Single room was quite roomy.Good sized wardrobe.BAthroom very good size especially for a single room.
• Value for money: 10 Good value for money.
