• Positive: The room was well appointed and breakfast buffet comprehensive.
• Negative: We booked because our guide said there were fantastic views from the rooftop, only to be told we couldn%27t have access. The website also states there are good views of the town square, but that depends on the type of room, so it%27s misleading. We were disappointed about this. We would only stay here again if we had a good view for the masceleta etc

• Staff: 5 The staff could have managed to go out of their way to be a little friendlier. They were fairly efficient and pleasant though.
