• Location: 10 superb, right next to Port Vell and beach, easy walk to Barceloneta Metro Station

• Staff: 5 Not great, just doing their job.
• Quietness: 5 Not great, walls VERY thin, can hear cleaning ladies in the morning.
• Room: 5 Small, street view. Safe was good. TV only has Spanish channels. No bath. No fridge. No tea and coffee making.
• Value for money: 2.5 Not worth 90 euros a night. Felt more like a posh hostel that had just had a bit of a trendy paint job!

• Negative: The hotel itself is a little nosiy, one can hear doors opening and closing. The street in front of the hotel is crowded with noisy buses. Luckyly the buses stop at night time but start at 7 a.m.

• Positive: The Receptionist changed our room when we complained that the one we were given was unacceptable as we could hear the people in the next room as if they were in our room with us !
• Negative: Having to wait for the receptionist to input our passport numbers into her very slow computer and to be told that the next time we visit we will not have to wait as the data was now stored forever.I informed her that that was exactly what she said the last time !
