• Positive: the location of the hotel. located close to all the city's main site and close to Placa Catalunya.
• Negative: Food in rsturant was excellent, only downfall was that the menu did not change during our stay

• Cleanliness: 10 the room and bathroom was very clean, as were the communial areas.
• Location: 10 good central location close to all the city sights and main transport hubs
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 facilities good for 4 star hotel in city centre
• Staff: 10 we found all staff to be friendly and gave good service. the reception staff were very efficent and helpful. resturant staff were friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 inside the hotel was quiet. outside the hotel was quite noisy, due to traffic. but this is to be expected for a city hotel
• Room: 10 room was clean and of a good size. bed was huge. useful to have fridge in the room and air conditioning worked well
• Value for money: 7.5 good value for money considering half board was included. breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner
