• Cleanliness: 2.5 Rooms were stuffy, dim lit and not made up well
• Location: 7.5 Proximity to main city centre was the only good thing
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Wifi was supposed to be available in every room. But in reality there was no signal in the room. The was just one shared computer which was almost always occupied or was switched off.
• Staff: 2.5 Extremly unpolite and rude.
• Quietness: Not rated All noises from outside and next rooms were clearly audible. Was hard to sleep at night.
• Room: 2.5 Just one plug point in the bathroom with the mini bar not working. Dimly lit room with stuffy atmosphere (A.C. doesn't work properly)
• Value for money: Not rated I feel as if I was cheated as I paid more than a 4* hotel whereas the service received was not even 1*.... Absolutely bogus, horrible and revolting hotel..
