• Positive: Improvements lately in the Mirador’s menu. Food very good and service excellent
• Negative: 1. Wifi as the last 15 years often or always defect. Only after insisting after a couple of days, it was solved. Thereafter it was perfect. Why not check this upfront. It would remove a lot of anger/frustration at client’s side. Because it has been like this since ever and nothing is being done about it. 2. Very uncommercial handling at check-in desk. I explain. Returning customer for at least the latest 15 years with 2 to 3 visits per year (except recent Covid period). My flight was scheduled at 20h25 and therefore I asked if I could check out a bit later like as 15h instead of the 12h normal timing as I had a last meeting and wanted to be able to refresh myself before flying. I was told it’s 20eur or 25eur depending on 2 or 3 extra hours (don’t remember exactly the prices. But this is RIDICULOUS and highly NOT commercial towards a client having spent between 25 and 40 stays at this hotel. I’m extremely loyal to this hotel and could have gone many times elsewhere (rooms ar not that great shape...). When repeating it to the final check out I was offered some flexibility but it was too late, I had arranged myself differently. This is NOT normal. It’s NOT about the price, this could be offered to a loyal, multi returning guest without discussing. Moreover it was mid week and hotel was FAR from full so capacity there was absolutely. Shame on Alicante Golf Hotel. I’m really considering staying at a different hotel for my next trips being treated as such.

• Room: 2.5 La tele como.dije pesima, los grifos de las duchas se movían con una ducha nada ajustable y se nota que tiene tiempo la hab. En si , además las puertas terraza no cierran hay que poner un.pestillo que esta abajo me parece fatal una chapuza que han apañado
