"Bonjour Madame, si la chambre, le confort, l'hôtel, le personnel était selon vous si atroce que cela, pourquoi avoir attendu le lendemain matin pour nous faire part de votre sentiment?La satisfaction de notre clientèle est très importante pour nous, nous aurions dans le mesure du possible fait en sorte que votre séjour soit agréable. Nous trouvons votre notation abusive, 0.6/10 cela s'apparente plutôt à une volonté de nuire mais nous n'en attendions pas moins au vue de votre scène théâtrale du matin de votre départ. A l'accueil, votre compagnon lui-même vous trouvait excessive dans vos propos et semblait gêné par votre attitude. Cordialement,"
