• Negative: Witnessed a staff member insult a guest over the phone in spanish. There is no room to keep luggage after checking out.

• Cleanliness: 10 3 or 4 ants spotted on a 7th floor room is akward. Probably nothing to worry about but might become a problem if it gets worse.
• Location: 7.5 4 blocks from a Metro Station and 2 blocks from a bus stop. A supermarket and bakery 20m from the hotel. Near the "Sagrada Familia" and a bit further the "Arc de Triumf".
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 2.5 Heard one of the hotel staff on the phone receiving a request for more pillows and he insulted the guest in spanish under his breath. Horrible stuff to do in front of other guests!
• Quietness: 10 No noises from the street (I was on the top floor)
• Room: 5 Good enough for 2 people but it%27s really the minimum space.
• Value for money: 7.5 For a 3 star hotel it%27s the cheapest if you want a relatively central location.

• Negative: They have a roof area where you can go with food/drink which is convenient. But they close it off at 8pm OWuld have liked to remain longer after day of sightseeing. Also one person at the desk consitently gave wrong directions.
