• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and tidy on arrival and serviced every day.
• Location: 10 Very close to Segrada Familia and bus turistic route and also for coaches to and from Girona airport. We walked to and from these places and to many of the other local attractions and restuarants easily reached within 15 to 20 minute walks.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good facilities although we didnt eat in the hotel the restuarant was always busy and looked clean and inviting. We had room service breakfast one morning and that was very nice. Where able to leave cases in secure area for morning of departure returning later to collect them.
• Staff: 10 Very polite and helpful. Could buy bus tickets and send post thropugh them which was very convinient. No language barrier even though we tried some spanish our needs where understood and met.
• Quietness: 10 Mostly quiet some noise from outside traffc and builders opposite at time of stay but thats expected in a city and at a hotel that is locatd convieniently for sightseeing. Other guests thoughtfully quiet late at night as where we except for the night of the Liverpool V Barcelona match!!
• Room: 10 Ours was small with little room around the bed although the amount of time we spent in it it didnt matter. The bathroom was a good size. Hairdryer and towel service and TV and mini bar but no tea making facilities in rooms.
• Value for money: 10 Good value stay with special rate for 3 nights or more through hotels own website.
