• Negative: Broken air-condition, broken balcony door no chance to close so all sounds from the street ware getting in to the room, central heating working couldn’t turn it off. I booked double bad and we had twin room. Unfriendly staff in breakfast room. There ware empty tables and I asked for it instead we ware put witch some other people to share the table with them. Coffee container was empty twice I asked stuff for refilling and I was ignored. No hot water in the sink. And do blocking cap in bath-shower. Also no shower curtain only holders for it. We arrived to hotel and room was not ready at check in time was late for more than hour.No tv remote and no chanels(advert says about cable TV)

• Positive: Central location in town. Good service in the information. Breakfast OK
• Negative: Soapdispencer in the ladies room at the restaurant lacked filling, although the waiter was made aware of the shortage, it was not filled up! Coffee cups in the restaurant was not completely clean. Every second had traces of tea. We used the last days the youghurt bowls for coffee.

• Positive: La ubicación. Frente a los teatros Apolo y Victoria. Junto a parada de metro y funicular. Garaje privado en el hotel.
• Negative: La habitación, no se veía la televisión. Estaba muy vieja y descuidada. La limpieza no era muy buena.

• Cleanliness: Not rated No se esmeraban mucho en la limpieza, hubo migas en el suelo durante 4 días. El baño no lo limpiaban bien. Un día ni siquiera nos dejaron toallas.
• Location: 10 2 paradas de metro. Frente a Apolo y Victoria. Acceso rápido a pie al paseo marítimo, Maremagnum, plaza de España y subida a Montyuic. 10 min de casco antiguo a pie. Muy buena.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Sin antena. Habitación dejada y vieja.
• Staff: 7.5 Todos muy atentos y amables. Las de la limpieza no hacían bien su trabajo.
• Quietness: 5 Si se elije exterior hay mucho ruido de tráfico, si estás acostumbrado a una calle así no pasa nada.
• Room: 2.5 Pedimos que nos cambiaran de la primera habitación porque era una ratonera. La nueva era más grande, con las cortinas rotas...
• Value for money: 7.5 La verdad es que para ir unos días por ese precio es más que suficiente. La ubicación es excelente.
