• Cleanliness: 10 La chambre et le pavillon de l'Hôtel étaient très propres.
• Location: 10 Situé tout près d'une station de métro, et passage de nombreux taxis juste devant l'hôtel. Du 6è étage, on voit notamment Montmartre et la Tour Eiffeil avec une magnifique vue sur Paris !
• Common facilities and services: 10 Simple mais bon.
• Staff: 10 Le Mr. de l'accueil est très gentil et le service excellent.
• Quietness: 7.5 Comme dans tout hôtel "classique", on peut entendre ses voisins de chambre lorsqu'ils rentrent.
• Room: 10 Magnifique panorama sur Paris. Etat général simple mais tout à fait correct.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

• Positive: We stay at the Avenir whenever we are in Paris ( twice a year,) and enjoy it very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room has the best view in Paris and is convenient to the Metro
