• Negative: Noisy rooms, last night a school stayed and kept us awake until 3 am. I had to calm them down myself while the receptionist did not take any action. The manager next day declared that since they are not the parents, they couldn't do anyrhing'. Total lack of responsibility and did not offer any compensation.
