• Common facilities and services: 10 particularly apprecite the restaurant so if very tired after a day of touring there is no necessity to venture further
• Staff: 10 polite and helpful
• Quietness: 5 noisy during rush hour
• Room: 10 free internet was appreciated, free minibar was a gem which I have never encountered before and the range of beverages was not limited
• Value for money: 10 ex

• Staff: 10 the staff were very helpful and they all spoke excellent English
• Quietness: 10 no noise with an inside facing room
• Room: 7.5 very nice room although not the biggest. Similar to a City Inn in the UK.
