• Positive: This is my third visit to Madrid and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is ideal, the staff is cordial and very helpful. The restaurant is good (although a bit pricey because it's in Puerta del Sol). It is an excellent value for the money.

• Location: 10 Perfect starting point for all attractions.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Has a good, basic restaurant, but no pool or spa facilities. Computer in the lobby and free wifi.
• Staff: 10 Cordial and very helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Pin drop quiet
• Room: 10 We requested a quiet, interior room. Had a view of the cute courtyard.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely.

• Staff: 10 The reception and concierge were helpful and friendly and they will always be good for Hotel business. They are a good set of staff and Europa must be pleased to have them.
