• Positive: The convenient location and the helpfulness of front desk personnel
• Negative: The hard bed was terrible. I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends because the bed was so uncomfortable. Also we had a negative experience in the hotel restaurant. I ordered scrambled eggs with ham and instead a fried egg with bacon was delivered. When I complained the waiter removed the plate but returned it with the fried eggs and bacon cut up and stirred together. I complained again and got a plate of scrambled eggs with bacon cut into it that were very undercooked and watery. I would not eat there again. I also didn't like that the hotel had no terrace or common area to relax and have a bottle of wine, except for a formal, small lobby.
