• Negative: La habitación que nos asignaron durante el fin de semanadaba a la calle peatonal y se oía demasiado el ruido de la calle. Las ventanas no eran a prueba de ruido como en otros hotels en los que me he alojado muy cerca de esta. En el restaurant del hotel sirven los churros fríos. Fatal.

• Location: 10 Hotel Europa is right in the middle of Puerta Del Sol, so if there is one plus for this hotel is the location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5

• Quietness: Not rated Puerta Del Sol is very loud all the time and if you happen to have a room on that side getting any sleep at all will be impossible.
• Room: 2.5 Once you put two twin size beds in the room there is no room to do anything else. The room had no coffee machine or refrigerator.
• Value for money: 2.5 Not being able to sleep for three days is not what I would call value for money.
