• Negative: Air-con was broken and could not be fixed for my stay nor could I be moved to another room. I got a discount for the inconvenience but overall it was an unpleasant stay due to this.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 El buffet del desayuno bien, pero falta salamandra caliente, salsichas, bacon etc bien presentado pero todo frio!!
• Staff: 5 en recepcion pague el dia 9.05 mi fac y la de mis hijos que salian el dia 10.05 y el recepcionista se la volvio a presentar a la salida!!! esa recepcion!!!
• Quietness: 2.5 hubo ruido de obras, supongo que cuando se terminen, se acabaran los ruidos..
• Room: 10 excelente menos vistas?? creo que tuve la 210 y mejor cerrar las cortinas que ver la zona degradada exterior! aunque ya se que el Hotel no puede cambiar el exterior!
• Value for money: 2.5 Alto en comparacion a otros 3*** puesto que no incluye el desayuno!
