The most emblematic in Seville, located in the centre of the city, it has been entirely reformed during the year 2000 what has contributed to make it even more comfortable for our guests. Its exclusive situation in the middle of the old part of the city known as Barrio de Santa Cruz, which is the tourist heart, next to the Cathedral and the Giralda, surrounded of Palacios, convents and of Churches.   • Positive: The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel, we did not meet a sngle person who was not lovely. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist spots. The pool area was gorgeous, and a delight to use in the afternoon. The food served there was excellent and good value.
  • Negative: A few issues in the room, no full length mirror, no mirror at the dressing table, lots of noise from room next door. We had a junior suite but the living area was really poor, just 2 chairs, almost a corridor through to the bathroom.
