• Positive: I like the outdoor furniture and I found it very peaceful compared to surrounding area. I rated as Average because of the descriptions alongside but it was above average in my opinion
• Negative: Internet system of just one user. Most places allow free internet use for all guests these days. Also there was a chemical smell in our first room (302 i think) so although room looked lovely we changed rooms

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Room not mopped when cleaned by maid, outside table not wiped over
• Location: 10 Walking distance to the beach, marina and Sian Park
• Common facilities and services: 5 Drinks pricey at the bar, service could be a bit slow however very friendly staff
• Staff: 7.5 Sometimes had to wait at the bar for service whilst staff was out of sight
• Quietness: 2.5 Room nearly soundproof with the door closed. When the door was open could hear the timeshare salesmen on the terrace, the train squeaking down the hill and boat horns from the marina
• Room: 2.5 Jacuzzi bath not ideal, but good room layout with fantastic views, although sofa bed was missing from room along with dressing robes that our superior room was meant to have.
• Value for money: 2.5 Have paid less for nicer hotels in the Canaries, where all extras were in the room, free WiFi was provided and the attention to detail wasn't missed.

• Room: 2.5 I spoke to hotel 4 days prior and asked not be put where there was Workmen as my daughter is very poorly I was placed in the midst I could not go to out room between the hrs of 8 till 6 sometimes 7 the dust was on our balcony my daughter was constantly using her inhaler
