• Positive: the first lady on reception who tried to solve my problem with the room we disliked and the poor romantic extras we received petals on a rather worn throw.
• Negative: the above lady's colleague who interupted the conversation and talked to me like i was thick, we travel to spain 3 times a year and i can say i have never experienced a receptionist like her.

• Negative: Cold room we had to change to an other room. Keycards did not work at all. Cristmas gala dinner was very poor! Hotel was offering in it's "special Cristmas baggage" that "late check out" was included. When we were asking for it the receptionist wanted us to pay 30 euros for each room even in our reservation the late check out was mentioned.
