Horrible area, behind a gas station and electric store, no view, nothing in the area.

They do what they can but know that are dealing with constants complaints mostly about the locks on the door. These are not hotel trained personnel but local staff

Not worth the price. Air condition is set so that it comes on whether you like it or not and swishes off whether you like it or not. Controlled air conditioning so don't think you can have a nap because it is hot and stuffy

OVERPRICED, in the middle of nowhere with a gas station for a view. Basic room, hotel equipped with locks that don't open. The receptionists came to open our and others about 10 times! It is outrageous. Pool is the size of a large hot tub. ONE parasol for all the guests to share? Arrived on a Sunday for two nights and the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.

The tranquil gardens; the terrace attached to our room; the position so close to Pezenas; helpful staff; the unique nature of the hotel

A little work is needed to the hotel - fix the 'H' on the exterior sign (it is been loose since August 2014); the flower beds and plants boxes need weeding; ensure each 'kitchenette' has 2 glasses, cutlery, etc. New towels are needed (poor quality towels for a hotel of this standard); I most dislike the plastic mattress protector on the bed (like a cheap hotel) - these need replacing with good quality fabric mattress protectors
