• Situation: 2,5 Almost impossible to find a parking spot. The surroundings are average.
• Installations et services: 5 Good common room and breakfast. The pool should have a bit more maintenance (the stair is broken)

• Tranquillité: 2,5 The noise from the street is loud. The floor of the rooms has no moquette, so you can hear the noise of chairs and stuff being moved from the upper floor.
