• Positive: Die Lage des Hotels, kurzer Transfer, Strandnähe, die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, Urlaub von Anfang an.
• Negative: Wieder abzureisen ;-) , manch andere Gäste, die schon früh morgens die Liegen reservieren, die viel Alkohol trinken, die laut ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste nachts durch die Flure ziehen.

• Cleanliness: 10 unser Zimmer wurde perfekt gereinigt, das Personal ist effizient und sehr freundlich
• Location: 10 kurzer Transfer, Strandlage, herrlicher Meerblick, gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr
• Common facilities and services: 10 der Service im Hotel ist absolut top! Jede Frage wird freundlich beantwortet, Wünsch umgehend erfüllt, man wird immer mit einem Lächeln bedacht, ein großes Kompliment an alle Mitarbeiter
• Staff: 10 Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, zuvorkommend, unaufdringlich und stets bemüht, einem einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gestalten
• Quietness: 5 der Fluglärm ist schon wahrnehmbar, leider auch die Ballermannbesucher, die über die Promenade ziehen und grölen. Aber davon angesehen ist es herrlich ruhig, die Chill-out Musik am Pool hilft zu entspannen ;-)
• Room: 10 Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, der Meerblick ist traumhaft, die Betten sind sehr sauber und gut, die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und zweckmäßig.

• Room: 10 Me alojé en la habitación 902 del HM Gran fiesta, ya que HM Tropical estaba en obras, pero al ser de la misma cadena no tuve inconveniente con el cambió, además de que estan a pocos metros de distancia. es Estoy muy contenta de haberme quedado en HM Gran Fiesta
