• Positif: The young girl who ran breakfast 5 of my 7 days was exceptional. A cheery greeting every morning and nothing was too much trouble for her this really made the start to my day as she cheered me up every morning, so much so I looked forward to going down for breakfast. She is definitely the hotel's prize asset and the main reason I would return.

• Positif: The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean.
• Négatif: I have stayed in a lot of 4&5 star hotels in Puerto Rico and have never had to pay in advance, I know its probably common in some hotels but this was a first for me and I have travelled to Gran Canaria over the last 10 years, It appears to be a thing with this hotel in relation to charges...towels...a charge...safe in the room...a charge...late check out...a charge...and another first for me was the hotel took a €100 breakage charge from my credit card this again was a first for me, due to the breakfast not being a hot buffet you had to order and this caused a wait due to the cafe area being so small, The rooms were quite nice but quite small, the tv had 100s of satellite channels but it only had 4 english language news channels, the tv remote and the satellite remote were locked out so you could not change anything to english.
