• Negative: the welcome at the recpetion. The guy was very unfriendly & almost angry for some super small things (I didn't know what 'documents' mean (=passport) and i pulled out my visa to fast out of the machine & he needed to enter the cost again) This really set the wrong tone to start holidays and makes me doubting to recommend this hotel.
