• Negative: Service by staff was very bad, breakfast basic, fridge in room not working. Lighting in room not working and staff was not bothered by this.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Mugs in rooms not cleaned when house cleaning was done.
• Location: 5 Not much to do in the area but you can get a taxi to places
• Common facilities and services: 5 Spa was ok, once again some features not working and I had to report this.
• Staff: 2.5 Staff did not go out there way to make you feel welcome. They did not care if you was happy with the service or not.
• Quietness: 10 Very nice and peaceful
• Room: 5 Items not working in the superior room I had paid for. Such as fridge and lighting. Was told I was getting a pool view but was not given this. Also was given two single beds when I asked for a double.
• Value for money: 2.5 My superior room was not value for money as my friend also stayed there in a double standard room and the room was not much different. Breakfast was basic and staff take long to do anything.
