Ici tout a été pensé pour que le confort le plus moderne s'intègre harmonieusement au caractère et à la décoration classiques de cette très belle demeure. Toutes nos chambres bénéficient d'une vue imprenable sur le petit village de Montséret et son château historique bâti en l'an 910. Dans sa salle climatisée, le Restaurant du Relais de Montséret, vous propose un large éventail de mets gastronomiques de notre région et Thierry Laclau, notre sommelier, a sélectionné pour vous quelques uns des meilleurs grands vins du Languedoc-Roussillon.
