• Positiv: el servicio, el agua caliente del baño
• Negativ: nada más llegar nos encontramos con 2 tijeretas en la pared, el WC estaba precintado y cuando le quitamos el precinto estaba sucio (mojado y con manchas) la zona no era del todo buena, MUY difícil aparcar cerca (y el párking cuesta una burrada) CONCLUSIÓN: ¿cuatro estrellas? yo no sé de dónde se las sacan

• Negativ: The noise from the street and the room was very stuffy and hot. Was told we could not turn on air conditioning to get it cooler because the heat/air are centralized and whole hotel would have to change from heat to air. As a result, we had to sleep with the window wide open but the noise kept us awake.

• Positiv: Brilliant Breakfasts Location in the part on Barcelona we required
• Negativ: Poor service from the staff on the hotel reception desk, their favourite word seemed to be 'No', some had a poor understanding of english and made us feel like we were being awkward if we had a query. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room and no access to hot/ cold/ alcoholic drinks whilst we were in the hotel (other than breakfast).

• Personal: 2,5 Breakfast staff and the chambermaids were very good however they were let down by the gentlmen on reception who made us feel like we were being awkward if we had a query

• Zimmer: 5 A bit smaller than what we were expecting and a little dark however all the necessary equipment was there and it provided a good base for our trip.
