• Positive: We received a warm welcome to this delightful hotel and were amazed by the size and quality of our room for the price we paid. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and well equipped.
• Negative: Perhaps the chairs in the bar area could have been more comfortable.

• Value for money: 10 Value for money is excellent. We paid the same for bed, breakfast and a four course evening meal at Hotel Montermoso as for bed and breakfast in a vastly inferior hotel in France of the same star rating.

• Room: 5 In June the bedroom we were given was truly fab. This week not so great, with rather odd Ikea decoration /furniture which is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel
