• Positive: Excellent location,walking distance to so many places,and yet very peaceful street.Staff very friendly and helpful,ordering a taxi for us,and being able to use the bag drop on our return from a cruise just for the day,before our late flight home.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean,crisp white linen sheets,and towels.We had 3 rooms as a family of 7,each room was spotless.
• Location: 10 Very close to Ramblas,the harbor,placa Catalunya,shopping and eating just around the corner.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Did not use as only there for one night,but everywhere looked good.We did,however use the bag drop for the day and our 6 pieces of luggage was stored in a locked room,so useful knowing everything was safe and we could enjoy our last day in Barcelona free from luggage.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful and friendly.
• Quietness: 10 Very surprised at how peaceful the rooms where,considering the proximity to Las Ramblas.
• Room: 10 Good size room,our 3 rooms all had a small balcony,lovely to throw open the doors.Good size bed,and so comfortable too.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money,considering you are in such a great area. Definitely got what We paid for and more,a pleasant surprise.
