"Estimados Clientes, nos alegra saber que les ha gustado su habitación así como el hotel en general, me he interesado mucho por su comentario y apreciación sobre el servicio, punto en el que solemos destacar y que para nosotros es fundamental; el caso es que ustedes solicitaron en el desayuno café hecho hecho de maquina y mi compañera unicamente les informó que tenía que cobrarles, en ningún momento quiso ni darles un mal servicio ni decirles algo que les sentase mal. Sentimos mucho que su opinión y valoración se haya visto lastrada por este detalle, pues además de nuestra compañera trabajamos otras 32 personas en el hotel. De todas formas si gustan ustedes en visitarnos otra vez trataremos de tener cafe espreso incluido en el buffet, tramitaré esta propuesta lo antes posible. un saludo y gracias por sus coemntarios. "
