• Positive: I was very disapointed when we had a room with two single beds the way that was handled and the new room we had makes me recommend Nouvel Bracelona
• Negative: That the hotel isn't environmental friendly. Towels were changed every day and we could have kept ours for longer. Breakfast could have been more complete eggs and fresh juice would have made it.

• Positive: Great location close to major tourist sights + transportation. Friendly helpful staff. Our room on the 4th floor was very quiet + we had balcony overlooking street. Our room, which was very clean, was more than adequate with a nice bathroom.
• Negative: Having to pay for WiFi by the hour and then finding that the signal in our room was very weak - staff helped us by giving us access in the lobby area.

• Negative: Absolutely horribly-uncomfortable beds. Lack of large (queen- and king-size) beds in the room. Necessity to leave a CASH deposit for a TV remote control while hotel has my credit card information on file to charge for possible theft and/or damage to the room!

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 I have never stayed at the hotel where I had to leave a cash deposit for a remote control to watch TV!!!
• Staff: 7.5 aside from not having authority to override management's poor decisions, staff was helpful
• Quietness: 5 nighlty garabage collection definitely adds to a noise of already noisy La Rambla
• Room: 5 if beds would be larger and more comfortable, the room would be great
• Value for money: 2.5 for 150 euro per night, I expected better services and amenities
